If we’re a perfect match, we’ll secure your date with a signed contract and a retainer. After booking, you’ll receive a personalized wedding guide with tips, timelines, and everything you need to make your experience seamless.

ENGAGEMENT SESSION

This is your time to shine! We’ll capture your personalities in a fun and relaxed environment, whether it’s hiking in the mountains, strolling through the city, or cozying up in a place that’s meaningful to you.

Step three

BRIDAL SESSION

A session to showcase your love as bride and groom (as well as your DRESS). This can be in any breathtaking location you choose.

Step four

FINAL TOUCHES

About 1-2 months before your wedding, we’ll finalize your timeline and discuss all the must-have moments. You’ll have peace of mind knowing every detail is covered.

WEDDING DAY MAGIC

The big day is here! From the quiet, intimate moments to the wild celebrations, we’ll be by your side to capture it all. With both photo and video, we’ll ensure your memories are preserved beautifully for generations.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PHOTOS AND VIDEOS?

For an engagement or bridal shoot, you will receive your photos and video within 4 weeks (Rush Fee available if needed within 14 days). For wedding day coverage, turnaround time is 8-12 weeks (Rush Fee available if needed within 14 days). Preview photos (~10-20) will always be sent with 14 days of shoot or wedding.

WILL YOU SEND US THE RAW FOOTAGE AS WELL?

No, we don’t send unedited footage. But, we promise, you won’t want it. When you hire us as your photographer/videographer, you aren’t just paying for the images captured, but also for our expertise in post-processing and editing. This ensures that the final images you receive are a true reflection of the professional service you invested in.

HOW WILL I PICK A LOCATION FOR MY SHOOT?

We have an entire location guide that we will send to you after booking. Don't worry, we have plenty of ideas for whatever look you may be dreaming of. Think national parks, state parks, mountain tops, scenic sand dunes, etc.

WHAT ARE YOUR TRAVEL FEES LIKE?

We have NO travel fees. All our fees are incorporated into our packages, so you never have to worry about hidden fees sneaking up on you!

IS MY PAYMENT REFUNDABLE?

Yes and no. For all sessions and weddings, entire payment minus a 20% deposit is refundable as long as cancellation occurs at least 2 weeks before shoot or wedding.

DO YOU OFFER
PAYMENT PLANS?

We offer MULTIPLE payment options. Once you decide to book, we'll send over an invoice where you can choose to pay in up to 4 payments (each a month apart), or you can pay in full (and receive a 5% discount). Entirety must be paid within 4 months.

Keep in mind, your date is not reserved
until your first payment has been made.

HOW MANY HOURS OF COVERAGE DO I NEED?

We always suggest booking us for an extra hour more than you think you need. This is because we want you to be able to have even the little moment captured. You know those pictures of mom helping daughter with her dress? Or dad getting a little teary-eyed right before the ceremony? We want to capture ALL of those moments without feeling a restraint on time. With that being said, we do not count breaks during the day as work hours.
